Take me out to the ballgame.
My boyfriend & I went to our first baseball game together. Texas Rangers won, 4-3!
Had a blast. Ate some really good food. We were first of 30,000 to arrive & received a 40th Anniversary Mug. We got t-shirts & a few other things as well.

Great month so far...
London had his 11th birthday party at the park by our house with a few of his classmates. It was a great weekend. Even got to see my dad. Time has flown by...
Matt & I both started a new job. Both of us are about a six minute commute to work.
Finally, both Matt & I got our new phones. I didn't really care for how much my iPhone 4S battery would be below 20% by the time I got home. So I did an exchange. We love our Motorola Razr Maxx's on the 4G network. Really fast downloading. Plus getting 4GB's of data for the price of just 2GB.
London has just this week left of grade school. Then no more 5th grade!
Memorial Day has been good too. Hope everyone had a wonderful day.

Fried Pickles with Cayenne Ranch Dip
Preheat vegetable oil to 350 degrees in a large pot or use fry daddy.
Drain dill pickles in a colander then place into a bowl with the 2 cups of buttermilk.
Place all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
Take about a handful of the pickles out of the buttermilk and dredge into the seasoned flour. (I usually take one at a time to do if I want them covered in a thicker shell)
Shake off excess flour, and place battered pickles into hot grease. Be careful not to place too many pickles into the hot grease or the pickles won't fry up crisp.
Fry pickle slices until golden brown. Continue cooking pickles until all are done.
DIP:
Pour amount of Ranch that you want into a bowl & add Cayenne until it has the kick you desire.
